Hi all,

This is a kind, informal notification, that the keyboard that will be used for IOI 2009 in Bulgaria has an unusual and risky layout as seen in

The problems with this layout are:
- There is no shift button near the return button. It is replaced by caps lock button.
- There are power buttons near the arrow keys, which are really easy to get mistakenly pressed while writing code.

Please kindly inform your country's informatics olympiad team about this issue, and it is in general advisable to bring our own keyboards and mouses for the competition.
